If someone were to ask me what I do for a living I would say I am a builder. I build business units from the ground up. I am a project and implementation manager and I build start-ups. Simply put, organizations determine their goals and objectives and I make them happen.
Regardless of the processes, strategies or technology, success is driven by people. My passion is working with individuals to build and growing their professional skill-set. I mentor in the establishment of strong process skills (not easy for salespeople). Most importantly, I focus on developing the soft, subjective skill-sets and motivational drivers necessary for sustainable success.
Each of us comes with a library of experiences. The challenge comes in transitioning personal experiences into professional strengths. It’s all about continued growth and development and I absolutely love it. There is no better feeling in the world when a member of your team turns a fear into a manageable and powerful professional tool!
I have been fortunate to manage small teams of 4 to 8 people, medium-sized teams up to 50 and large international teams exceeding 100 reports. Each group brings its own set of challenges but in the end they are all the same – they are all individuals with their own set of professional goals. My role is to assist in bringing those goals into reality.
To All My Best,
Lynda
