I am a life in progress. My personal mission is to be the purest expression of love that I can be. How that expresses is ever evolving and deepening. Two profound ways I have found that love moves through me is in the form of words and images. Through the sharing of those writings, words, and images hearts expand and connect.
I have published four collections of poetry, Grace Reflected, Rest in the Knowing, Illumine, and Wild Divinity, a novel, Sight to See, and a spiritual handbook, The Rules of Creation.
You may be wondering why I call myself a listener. All of my work whether it's writing, art, creating animal wisdom journals, or leading meditation begins with deep listening. I listen to my own inner knowing and wisdom. I listen to the natural world. I listen to the still, small voice of the Divine in the silence. I listen. Then I create.
In all of my creations I strive to inspire others to open their hearts and embrace their journey, both the dark and the light, with gentleness, love, and joy.
